Production Process
Technical 3D Design of the Equipment
The technical 3D design of the equipment is created with respect to current safety and technical requirements for the construction of mechanical devices, in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, to ensure CE certification compliance. The result is a 3D design tailored to the customer's specifications.
Design & Engineering
Once the customer approves the 3D design, the construction phase of the product or equipment begins. The design is then reviewed and approved by our expert team. After approval, the design engineer prepares technical drawings for production. The construction work includes:
– Mechanical design
– Electrical design
– Pneumatic and hydraulic design
Production
Manufacturing includes:
Production of the supporting structure (either welded or assembled from aluminum profiles).
Production of individual mechanical components using our in-house machinery, including:
– Laser cutting
– Water jet cutting
– Lathe
– CNC milling machines (three 3-axis and one 5-axis milling machine)
– 3D printing
